Cornelius Borck

Cornelius Borck is Professor of the History, Theory and Ethics of Medicine and Science at the University of Lübeck (Germany), where he is also the Director of the Institute for the History of Science and Medicine. He has published extensively on the history of neurosciences, with an emphasis on the visualisation and representation of brain functions. He has written about the role of equipment and technologies in theorising cerebral processes, in particular the role of brain imaging and the electroencephalogram.
